For over 5000 years man has dabbled in fermentation for complimentary uses to that celebration. Advances in transportation and logistics have enabled us as never before, to enjoy the fruits of fermentation from all corners of the world, creating a daunting and undulating world of vintages, AVAs, DOCGs, fermenting techniques, oak programs, varietal distinctions and tipicity.

At Plonk we have set off on the never-ending quest in the acquisition of formidable and memorable bottles of this precious nectar. Whether seeking an afternoon bottle of bubbles to enjoy with an old friend or in search of a transcending bottle that will send you spiraling into enlightenment, we have spent years and will continue to build a well-rounded wine list where both master and apprentice can be more than satiated.
